Progeckos gutload for all, and veggie scraps for the mealworms and superworms. Water crystals (I buy the crystals in bulk) for the crickets.

I should just look this up, but are potatoes just starch? Or is it a wise idea for crickets and roaches? I get "soil moist" garden section of those hardware stores. Its exact same stuff as water crystals but SOOOOOO CHEAP (highly recommend it)!

The potatoes have a high water content, so it acts as food/water sort of :p

potatoes, water in a sponge, and dried cat food.

cat/dog food is only good for breeding feeders you do not want to feed off any feeder that has been eating it.the protein can be very hard on a herps digestive system. its best to feed your feeders veggies fruits and flukers pre mixed dry gutload and cricket crack. potato sucks but works and lasts in a pinch. my lobster roaches thrive on flukers gutload and quincher as well as honey nut cherios, small amounts of veggies as it molds fast in the dark heat. i keep chameleons that eat veggies also so what ever scraps off the lettuce/carrot etc goes in my feeder bins. i always have thousands of various sized crix, roaches, super, meal, and wax worms. my leos hate meal worms arent big enough for supers at least i dont want to risk it and my roaches well the colony is just geting started. i know walot of people who cant breed lobsters but concidering my feeding methods and how i started with 60 in late november and i have prob 100+ babies im doing well. also flukers complete diet orange cubes work far better than potato for the worms and dont smell or rot well they smell like an orange lol
