lol looks like my lil hypo tang but mines 2 months and has brown bands istead of grey and has already gotten to mid morph between adult an juvi. Are you sure thats 4 months? he looks WAY to small unless hes a dwarf(if they exsist)
Pet store geckos are sometimes small for their age because of being kept in large, competitive, stressful groupings. They don't grow as fast because they may not eat as well as a gecko singly kept. So it's possible that's the age of your leo. It's also possible that he's closer to 2-3 months rather than 3-4 months.
You could sometimes be pleasantly surprised. Phate and I bought Gonzo from petsmart when he was 1 month old. He was the largest one in the group, and now, at 11 months has ballooned to a total of 11 inches and weighs between 100-110 grams.
An over-generalization:

He's a cute little hypo. Looks like he might get some nice orange on his tail, too, although I'm not sure it'll be enough to call carrot tail.
Did they set you up with calcium and vitamins to dust your bugs with? Growing leos do need those. Good luck! And welcome to the forums. =)
I didnt even think about that but it makes good sense, theres been a BP at my lfs for a few months thats barley grown(its young or so i think) But still that lil guy is prob in the 2 month range like you said. Just keep him in health and hopefuly hell show us his potential.
by appearence alone he looks like hes in his first month imo BUT again with the stunting.
