Tremper Enigma. You can recognize this from the horseshoe pattern on the head, and the spotted tail. Does the gecko have the Enigma syndrome (circling, head wobblies, bad aiming, etc.)? Its tail is quite thin. I would do a fecal test at the vet, just to make sure.

how can it be a tremper it has black on it

pretty sure its a tangerine enigma. It looks really skinny too you should feed it more frequently until the tail fattens up.
