its definitly a tremper, im not sure that orange trait just look like a normal tremper to me.

That would be a start to a Sunglow project. The first year you would get some Hypo/Tangerine mixes all het Tremper albino.

The second year you will want to take the nicest male you produced and breed him to a couple of the nicer females. From this grouping you should get a couple of Sunglows.
