my friend bought this girl a few weeks ago and asked me to put it on here for ID.

We are thinking nova.

I'd call it a nova. I think. How do the eyes look? They can range from a dark amber color to bright bright red.

I'd also fatten it up a little bit, but it's not too terribly skinny. Pretty gecko!

yea shes not the best eater he says. Bright red eyes, pure white tail. defonetly enigma in it.

Bright red? Yes, your friend has got himself a nova. She might still be adjusting to her new environment. Make sure your friends temps and husbandry is okay, and she should eat for you in no time. She's not skinny, but her tail could use a little fattening up. Few superworms should do the trick in no time.

IF she doesn't, it wouldn't be a bad idea to have a poop sample analyzed and possibly deworm the gecko.

well thats the thing. it didnt look like a nova to me when he showed me the picture and i wanted to make sure.
