What should I do!? Is this normal?

I noticed this on one of my 1st eggs, this is the 22nd day in the incubator and there"s a weird gooey spot on it. Did it go bad?

Wow, looks like a little hole. Doesn't look visibly bad yet, so maybe you can patch? A few threads online talk about using a cut piece of a tea bag wrapper, coffee filter, or tissue paper.
