What to gut load mealworms with?

Hi, i recently got a leopard gecko and have been properly supplementing him but i was wondering if i should gut load his food. So i thought about it and have decided i want to, but i dont know what fruits or vegetables to gut load them with. Please help

How do you keep his food now? I buy a prepared gut load from professionalreptiles.com and add parts of vegetables that I don't use (like broccoli stalks, cauliflower leaves, etc.). At the very least, you could get some raw rolled oats, and puree them in the blender (they don't care if it's pureed or not, but it's a lot easier to get the feeders out if the grain is powdered). When adding fruit and veggies, don't use really juicy ones (like a piece of melon) that can mold.
