search prolapsed hemipene and you will find a few threads including mine.

damp sterile environment changed daily, preperation H, warm karo or sugarwater soaks and time......

keep it clean and don't let it dry out is the best you can do without a QUALITY vet.

Like Paul said, sugar water or Karo soaks (88F) at least several times a day and keep him on fresh moist paper towels while you're waiting for a vet appointment. The hemipene is pretty dark which means it may have already started to become necrotic.

My male's hemipene got that dark before he retracted after I think 13 days of 3 soaks a day followed by preperation H and damp paper towel changes daily. remove all food items and anything besides a hide. Stressed geckos don't eat and he is BEYOND stressed with his willy being free(little joke for you).

That looks ugly... :-\ Definitely find a vet, and follow Paul and Mel's sugestions until your appointment.

How old is the little guy?

Its allrdy to dry and falling off the vet said they couldnt do nothing for us. he has a Second peter so at least theres backup.
