I saw them play a few times at clubs in Dallas (before they were big) and went bowling with Dimebag and a bunch of others at Don Carter's once.

Anyone who knew Darryl was blessed to have met him.

My neopolitan mastiff was named "pantera, vulgar display of power" on his FCI papers. I met pantera through a friend who was a DJ at WSOU at seton hall who told them about my dog :) Therest was history:main_evilgrin::main_lipsrsealed:

Its called don't shoot, kind of a war related song.

Just thought id post a sample of DDT. kinda helps if you know a little russian. but hey, the language of music is universal.
A mate of mine from Russia got me in to this band. They sing about life experience, family, peace, the motherland etc.

This song is called Rodina (motherland) They sung this song when they did a concert with a bunch of other bands in the name of peace and raised money that went to both sides. Georgia and South Ossetia. what most people don't know is that russian forces did not enter the conflict until the day after Georgia attacked South Ossetia. The Ossetians asked the russians to help> my mate told me about it but hes bias so i didn't believe him lol . i watched a 2 part news segment on it and its proven, the russians did not start it.

lol going a bit off topic now. my bad, but a good song but doesn't get going till about 2:12 .

Anything that involves Maynard James Kennan is platinum. Especially Tool...
Korn, Pantera, Lacuna coil,
(old school) slipknot, (Joey Jordison is a drum machine) course you can't metnion them without mushroomhead and fearfactory.... lol
Devildriver & coal chamber, Skynard, The doors, J giles , Stevie Ray Vaughn, The Cure, Jethro Tull, Chevelle. Really like slim shady too but he doesn'texactly fall under the band category. Crap I'm all over the place better quit now. :)

Avril Lavigne
Taylor Swift
Paramore
Flyleaf

My all time favorite is without a doubt, H.I.M. lol They just make everything better for me. I kind of have a thing for foreign bands, especially Finnish bands (Swedish and Italian bands are also pretty up there). Other bands I really love are The 69 Eyes, Entwine, Uniklubi, Nightwish, Poets of the Fall, Children of Bodom, Deathstars, Sonic Syndicate, Within Temptation, Lacuna Coil, Evanescence, Cradle of Filth, Atreyu, etc.
I've actually been lucky enough to meet the guys from The 69 Eyes, they're so amazingly nice.
