Anyone feed their leos pinkies? If yes, how many and how often?

I don't. I know some people will give their females pinkies after laying...but there are a lot of different worms you could use instead. Only my corn with eat pinkies here..

just ordered my dubia colony from
http://www.gregsexoticinverts.com/

after reading and reading on this, they seem like the ultimate easy and best for your gecko option! i'll def switch it with some treats wax/silk.super, but for a pretty small investment with a very long term savings, and its one of the best foods! i'm hoping they're worth half the hype!

I've tried hornworms, butter worms, mealies superworms, silkworms, and crickets. I have a male that is so fussy he won't even eat silkworms, so now I stick with mostly crickets. I believe silkworms are the best for them

I read that one hornworm is the equivilant to 4 silkworms, 36 crickets, or 72 mealworms. I feed a lot of butters.

The problem with hornworms is the get huge fast and the big one can give a nasty bite. ONe bit my male once didn't do any damage but he has never eaten them since

My leopard gecko (Hikaru) eats meal worms. I think she's used to eating crickets because it will only eat when I have the mealie with tweezers so it moves around, so I think she's bored by slow moving things. She's eating though, and my local pet store sells 50 meal worms for $2.35, so I was glad that I don't have to order online. Either way I would have to take care of leftover crickets in a tank with lots of crevices and hiding places, so it was my best bet.

mealworms with calcium and a vitamin supliment is just as good as any other feeder. i like mealworms for a few reasons one they don't smell they are easy to feed and they are easy to breed

I have only had mine a week and they came with crickets, I was working on setting up a cricket keeper but they stink so I switched to mealworms, one of my guys didn't show much interest when I switched while the other one was all over it. Now they are both fine with mealies and I plan on getting 1000 online since they are so much cheaper.

here is the site I plan on ordering from. anyone familial with the company?

I just found a brand new local sore that sells dubia and silkworms. Yes! I used to have to drive 90 minutes to get anything other than mealworms and crickets and the occasional phoenix worm. Rango's in for a treat. :)
