At pet--co, they specifically sell meal worm dishes for $2.99. Mine have never escaped to this day. I use them for my Leopard and Beardie!

Escapee's of the superworm type happen all the time.. mealies usually stay put unless you have a silly bugger who tips the dish..

Same thing I use. Cheap, easy to get, and the only way mealworms come out of there is when my leo grabs two at a time, accidently throwing one to the other end of the cage, lol.

Sorry I know this is an old thread but I found some awesome glass cups for water and feeders. http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/20114171 These are 6 for $2 so about 33 cents a piece. They are the perfect size and are good quality. It's also nice because Ikea stocks them in the thousands at the store. They are clear and the geckos kept smacking their heads on the glass over and over so I put some tape on the sides that blocks their view and now they have to look over the top to feed. I was using petri dishes for a while but I feed a lot of supers and they get out and get into everything. They have a smaller size that is 12 $2 that is great for a juvenile water bowls.

i use soap dishes from walmart, they were two dollars a piece, are about 1/2 high and about 3 inches long, oval shaped..they work perfect for small mealworms and small roaches, but 1/2" or bigger roaches can climb out....hope this helps...
