johnson, herpstat and helix are all great ones. I own a herpstat and it is easy to use and does a great job.

MINISTAT 300 bulbs, heatmats etc. up to 300watts.

also worth noting...

Position the ministat sensor in the vivarium approximately 225mm (9 inches) away from the heat source. This is to ensure the sensor is measuring air temperature and not direct heat. Always use a thermometer to check the temperature of the vivarium and adjust the ministat as required to give the required temperature

You want the thermostat to measure the direct heat not the air heat since belly heat in leopard geckos is direct. We rubber band the probe to a small block of wood and put it over the heat tape with the wood on top of the probe to hold the probe down. We turn our thermostat up to 94 and it makes the belly heat in the tub around 92.

And I think for your purpose I would go with Johnson control like Matt told you.

Have not used 'direct' heatmats (toasters!) for over a year now!...using heatwave matt great job and happy Lizzy :main_thumbsup:

The Herpstats are very easy to use and adjust. Ihave no probs setting mine up. It was simple press and hold. I have the basic Herpstat Digital Proportional Thermostat from Bean Farm for about $109.00
