Which Service Do You Like Best?

Who do you guys prefer shipping with? UPS or Fed-Ex? Ive heard bad things on both sides so.....Who do you like best and why?

UPS, I`ve never had a DOA with Brown after shipping over 150 animals, and with the new ShipyourReptiles Service it makes stuff ALOT cheaper. Fed-Ex I have had nothing but problems, Boxes sideways, Delays, and the list goes on....

Have always used UPS and never had problems... I haven't used FedEx for shipping, but have not had issues with deliveries to me... I can't say anything bad about either in my experience...

Everyone has different experiences, which is why the best option is to choose what works for YOU. We chose UPS because their location is convenient, and they had another person ship geckos in that particular store long before us, so they welcomed us with open arms We've had great service with them to say the least

and with the new ShipyourReptiles Service it makes stuff ALOT cheaper

I like them both, but since shipyourreptiles uses UPS, I put UPS.

I use to use ups for all my shipping needs until one time they scanned my package of frogs ready for pick up ( it was hold at hub because it was dead of winter ). scanned for pick up at 9:45am i got there at 10:15am was told the package was scanned for pick up and would be on its way down. after waiting until 10:45am the guy said to try and come back at 12noon. i went got a oil change and a car wash and even got some food.. came back.. package was still not ready. i asked why was it scanned ready for pick up at 9:45am and the guy said " Well sometimes we scan packages ready for pick up if they are suppose to be ready at a certain time so that it doesn't become late in the system and no one here gets in trouble". so i got pissed off and kindly asked for the guy to go get my package and he said "I am not the guy that does that job." so i called the vendor i ordered my animal from he called the hub talk to the manager which was a classic case of its not my job to get the packages so i am not doing it. i got my animals right then and there. that was the last time i used them to send or receive packages. if i can control how i get certain items.

I have not had a problem with shipping animals via fed ex i have a friend that is even a certified fedex location but i use always USPS because they give me the best rates for shipping overnight 9 out of 10 times and they have always been punctual and respectful. :main_thumbsup:
