Okay. I just got a e-mail back from a vendor that is selling at the reptile expo on August 31. Here is what he typed beck:

We have some normal males for $25-$25ea
Not sure if we will have any albino balls this year, if I can get some they will be $575-$600

Males avaerage around 3.5'-4'

I think that $25 for a normal ball is a steal, so I asked him to save me a BP. :main_thumbsup: So, I guess I will be buying my baby from J&J Reptiles. He also breeds milks and corns.

Just wanted to share.

The reptile shows in Illinois have a great selection of normal BP and there are many that have them around that price. We bought a female normal in May for $15. So anyway $25 is a good price especially if you get to pick out from a good selection.

I can pick up normal morph ch babies all day for $10-$15 a piece. Theres just so many fantastic morphs now with bps that the price on the normals are dropping radically. I quit breeding bps because of the price drop. Its hard to sell a captive born, normal baby for $75, even with the generational confirmations and both parents on premises, when they can hit a show or find them on sale from a chain store for $25, regardless of possible health problems.

Normals are so cheap because so many people are breeding BPs these days. Normals are the best anyway
