I would like to know by general concensus who is the (generally speaking of course) most expert or predominant expert in leopard gecko genetics and leo traits? I.e., if I wanted to meet with some one for a conversation about leo morphs and genetics, who would that be?

Please and Thanks !!

Thanks for the input so far- the only person I won't probably talk to is Ron T., as I feel he may tend to skew some information for his own gain/sales and not sure I care for some of his business practices either. I would just start posting Q's, but it would be a long convoluted thread that I would lose track of.... maybe though.

I work only with Emerines. My favorites. Not sure though on how the Emerine really came about. I have crossed them with a few things that makes me think that the Emerine color is not one gene but a set of genes, and its easy to get emerines that are (to me) pretty ugly and ones that are really hot. I have a few that are so brightly colored any photo would probably not be believable. This would also explain why so many emerines in the hobby are barely green or not green at all, even though they are of emerine lines- the set of genes is not fully "on".

Any thoughts ???
