He is 'FJ' the funkiest Funky Jungle I ever hatched... I can't believe how great his color has gotten... Could have been a good start to a Funky Jungle 'Tang' line... I love hets and it stinks that I will only hatch Bells this year...

Try out crossing it. Should clear the kinked tail issue.

I would have to agree, are you sure it was purley his genetics? Cant issues in the egg cause kinks.

That really is unfortunate! I would only think it would be genetics. Maybe outcrossing as said would clear it up? I am still debating on crossing the female that I got from you and I did get a male from Matt, together. I hope if I do it wont occur with the babies.

It didn't have the kink as a hatchling, so it might be from shedding. I had this occurr to perfectly normal babies, too. I can't see the "FJ" anymore But he still has a gorgeous color :main_yes: Do you know what your other "Funky Jungles" look like now?
