What a great way to start the season! If you squint your eyes it looks like she has a grasshopper pattern or something on her back. Very cool gecko! Here's to many more! :D

Soooooo... I come home and have this half-crazed, almost hysterical message on my machine, "OMG, call me as soon as possible... it's not an emergency, just call me!!!" I knew Britttney must have hatched her very first baby! LOL!!!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! What a gorgeous little one! I LOVE her pattern!

LOL! Yeah... I did that. ;) When Marcia phoned back she said "so, what did you hatch?!" and I responded "ah... ah... um... A GECKO!" ... lol. :main_laugh:

I was really surprised about this little one because she only incubated for 44 days at 82 degrees. The mother held onto the eggs for 37 days... which might be part of it... but still, there is another clutch from Arwyn in the same 'bator that was laid the day after her clutch that looks like it is right on time (due around 6/15). :dizzy2:

Anyway... I still can't believe that little girl hatched out so early...

Thank you all so much for your kind comments!!

Brit ... she is adorable!

I have an Arwyn I'm going to breed later in the season too!

Awww... I really like that name... it is a spin off of the character from Lord of the Rings... I think they spell the name 'Arwen'...

Good luck with your girl! :main_yes:
