Tomorrow morning I am getting my leopard gecko. I'll definately post pics tomorrow evening. He isn't a special color morph. I plan to name it Bruno if it's a male and Benny [like Benita] if it's a female.

:D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Not far wrong Tommy, I planned on getting one, ended up getting 2 from the same hatchling and then "rescued" one from a petshop about 2 weeks ago (he's getting better, slowly...) :)

Lovely gecko John :D

Ahh they're gorgeous :D I actually can't believe how addictive they are - I have Internet roaming times at work between 12 and 2 and it means I spend the whole 2 hours looking at this site and others similar and then spend the rest of the afternoon looking forward to going home and seeing them all.

I have 3 - 2 I bought from the same hatchling that I plan on attempting to sex tonight (they're only 2-3 months old and one's quite feisty lol) and another that I "rescued" from a petshop a couple of weeks ago that is still not eating - and having to feed with a syringe - but is doing better :)

i have done one petshop rescue and there seem to be alot of them these days. My local petshop does not carry any. You have to order them and he can only get albino and jungle. Plus where i live most people do not care what it is. I have asked and they agreed to buy geckos from me and i plan to set up a display in the window to add to the selling factor that these little lizards have.

Congrats on that little one. And, yes, they are addictive. Last August, I got into reptiles. I really wanted a green water dragon, but would be happy with a bearded dragon. My parents let me get one snake, and I decided it would be a good place to start. In January, I found a cornsnake that was sooooo amazingly beautiful. I convinced them to let me have that one, but they said that was the limit. Then I wanted to get some geckos, but the answer was a firm NO. However, in March, I convinced them to let me get a Bearded Dragon, also the limit. In May I got my first leopard gecko and gave away my first snake (that was the only way they would agree), and in June, my second. Now I am searching for my third, a male :main_yes: . See??? Very addictive :D .
