Worm Suppliers?

I was looking to buy future meal worms from Sunshine Mealworms but due to the "Meal worm" shortage they aren't taking new customers. So are there any other places online where I can order mealies a few hundred at a time. Since its just for ONE gecko. I just don't trust my local pet store.

I see lots of vendors are now stocking them again.

I always have to do a Google search to find vendors willing to sell
less than 500 mealies.
Since I dont buy them often, I can never remember where I got my last batch!

Now that I'm asking how long would a set of 500 meal worms last for a juvie or and adult? I could simply buy them 12 for a $1 at the pet store BUT eww they seem to die two days later or turning to beetles and I still blame them for the death of my Petunia. Grr

12 for a $1 is so expensive. I get 1000 for $12. Do you have any wild bird strores in your town? That is where I get mine, they sell them 500 at a time, and they are much cheaper then a pet store. They also last a very long time.

Wild bird store I HAVE NO IDEA! I've never been to one. I know theres a few fish shops in City Island which is like a 45min bus ride that might sell them but i don't know if they have regular or those mutated looking ones that are called Giants.

Yup they're expensive. Some places give you little cups but theres only like 20 and you pay like a $1 plus tax. Sometimes they even try to put dead ones in thats why I decided NOT to go back.

I only have one leo and i buy 1000 at a time from www.nyworms.com I usually put a few hundred in gutload, and another few hundred in the fridge and it lasts me a good 3+ months.

I just ordered from grubco.com and got 1000 for about $12 including shipping. I ordered on Wed. I think and it got there today. The worms were in great shape. I breed my own, but I have 18 hatchlings right now and they're eating me out of house and home. THankfully I'm vending at a reptile show tomorrow and hope to come home with a lot fewer geckos.
