Would this be ok for quick transport?

Okay, I am binging my super mack snow to a respected herp vet in CT. The ride takes about a half an hour.

I was wondering if this would be suitable for the ride.

I have a smaller container, and i was going to put a hand warmer wrapped in a wash cloth to provide some heat in there, the car is climate controlled as well so it will not be cold in the car.

Is there any other advice you guys could give on this?

Leaving in 25 minutes so quick response appreciated

Sounds fine for me, I had the container I transported my sickies to the vet in wrapped in a blanket as well, to make for stability.

make sure their is air holes and make sure the hand warmer is places outside the container and definitely wrapped very good in a wash cloth or small towel.

If the heater will be on on the car I wouldn't even bother with a hand warmer since the ride is so short. Being at 70F for a half hour won't do any harm.
