Yellow urate or undigested silkworm?

10 year old female leopard gecko is on Reptaid for 6 days now
Survived and passed impaction last month and is being rehabbed for other issues that occurred from not eating for a month.

Looks like a yellow urate to me. When did she have her last silkworm?

About three days ago. And I'm scared to feed her again because they've gotten large

They can be large but they're also very soft. I suggest you try one with her and see how she does with it.
