Yet another "What Am I?" Thread

Hey everyone,

This is Boba. He was purchased in early August from a local pet store (and was absolutely TINY), and was sold on "consignment" from a local breeder. They told me he was a Tangerine, but I hoped somebody could give me specifics. I do not believe he has fully matured yet, and I apologize for the pictures- He is going to shed in a few days and is kind of "dull" right now. His eyes are a kind of emerald with a few crazy swirls.

Thank you so much! :D

Also- I just bought a new baby yesterday from the same store, she was sold as a "Snow Leopard Gecko". Gee, thanks for the specifics Pet Store People. -_-; I'll put pictures of her up later, she is absolutely tiny and very new and I'd rather not stress her out with a camera flash just yet =) She is bluegray with dark blueish spots though.

So Boba is a high yellow normal? Wow. He was advertised as a Tangerine.

Any clue on what Echo might be? (The baby I mentioned, no pictures of it yet.)

When he sheds, he is extremely vibrate. He's really dull right now and will shed soon. The orange and yellow are very pronounced when he is "fresh" :p

Regardless of what he is, I love him to pieces. He's so sweet. I am wondering if he would render interesting offspring if I were to breed him to a Snow?

Boba is most vibrant the week or so after a shed, and then close to when he sheds again he sort of "dulls". That or he's been rolling in his calcium. Jus' sayin'.

Edit: Of course, I'm going to do a ton more research and give my geckos a few years before I would even consider breeding. I'm not irresponsible, just curious.

Thank you for your help! I kept seeing Tangerines and wondering why mine didn't look like that. I figured he probably wasn't one, and I got jipped at the store. It's alright, he's amazing.

While you guys are in here I might as well ask, what Gram Scale do you use? I'm about to buy one.
