20L for babies

could you just but a baby in a 20L tank right away?

That would be really big for a baby. I think it would be too stressed and would have trouble finding food.

Yeah, you might want to start out smaller. But it wouldn't be horrible as long as you gave it enough hides, and had a food BOWL, as it will most likely not be able to chase down crickets in that big of a tank.

You could always get a piece of plexiglass as a divider and keep it in part of the tank to start out with.

Then yea, I think you could. I put my babies in their 20 gallon right away. Then they were only about two weeks.
