Alright, learned gecko folk. Before you think, "this is the wrong place for this thread!", here is my situation: I have only one gecko. He is sweet and lovely and beautiful, but he is a Normal morph. This makes him no less sweet or lovely or beautiful, but it made him less than stellar as a reference when I decided to finally finish my Zodiac Geckos drawing project (thanks to lillith for encouraging me to go past Leo -- you're right, most of them did take multiple geckos as well as some acrobatics, but I managed more or less!). See, I wanted to assign a unique morph or morphs to each sign, ideally matching some of the colors associated with that sign, and that took quite a few colors and patterns. Luckily, leopard geckos come in a lot of colors and patterns!
So, while I went heavy on the "artist's interpretation" side and many of them are in strange poses, have ridiculously long tails or limbs, colors and patterns are stylized, etc., I'd like to know if the morphs seem plausible. If they could go either way, that's fine -- I mean, half them have their eyes closed, two are meant to be juveniles and one is a hatchling, there are no parents, siblings or offspring to look at, and they're not real.
But I mainly want to know if they look reasonably like *some* morph or morphs, and what those may be so I can correct any labeling mistakes I may have made. I'd also like to make sure there are no blatantly impossible combinations of traits, colors, etc. They're in vector form, so at this stage I can make color corrections pretty easily. (Even if the people eventually looking at them don't care whether they're "right" or not, *I* will know!
)
Without further ado, here are the Zodiac Geckos, from Capricorn through Sagittarius -- thanks in advance for looking!
