Its fairly easy.
You know Raptors? Raptors are a combo morph out of Eclipse (black eyes) patternless stripe(stripe gen combo which brings us a nearly patternless gecko) and Tremper Albino(this makes the black eclipse eyes red).

Now just change the Albino version from TREMPER to BELL and you have the Radar ;-)

could be that one is a Radar but I would bet these are Bell banded jungle and stripe albinos het for Radar/Eclipse
