Its fairly easy.
You know Raptors? Raptors are a combo morph out of Eclipse (black eyes) patternless stripe(stripe gen combo which brings us a nearly patternless gecko) and Tremper Albino(this makes the black eclipse eyes red).

Now just change the Albino version from TREMPER to BELL and you have the Radar ;-)

Thanks. Let's revise. So in order to get RADAR, one must cross an eclipse to an albino Bell and cross back their offsprings together?

And I thought I don't want another gecko anytime soon
