Just thought these were interesting....

The first two are from an "afghanicus x raptor" female crossed to a raptor male.....

The last is from an "afghanicus x raptor" female crossed to a mack raptor male......the broken banded/jungle animal has one solid eye and one snake eye.

Those last two are pretty cool! They are all nice actually. Are the babies smaller than normal? How big are your afghanicus cross breeders?

Very cool Mike! Can't really see it in the little ones, but the bigger three have that robust Afghanicus look to them...

Are you doing any Bell crosses? That's where they're really going to shine... My lone female is ovulating now at 32 grams and will be going with my Bandit Jungle Striped ''Hell's Bell''... Just thinking about the hets is exciting... It's probably my favorite project at the moment...

Thanks everyone.....I think these outcrosses could be very helpful in the future!.....

Kelli....they do hatch out smaller...but they also hatch out really extra spunky!....my females are between 46-48 grams....It might just be mine but I have found that they havent really lost the weight that some females do while ovulating and laying.....

I am not working on the Bell cross Mike...but looking forward to seeing yours! ;)

Very very nice, Mike! Plus, it's nice to see someone broadening some of these extremely narrow lines...The more I work with some of these Uber-combos--the more i realize why less is more. Some of these new morphs are soo genetically bottlenecked, I'm surprised they even hatch out at all...let alone grow up healthy and succesfully reproduce...I keep thinking of that line from Jurrassic Park: (paraphrased) "They were so excited that they could, they didn't stop to think if they should." I apologize for getting so serious, but I really think we need to look before we jump
