So far this mating seems to consistently produce these APTORs with really nice deep orange and purple flames shooting back from the head. I've hatched at least 4 of these. The mother is an Albino Stripe het RAPTOR from HISS that has great colors.

Here's a few pics of one of the babies. She didn't really feel like posing, so these aren't the greatest pics. This one has cool markings on her head. Dig how the 3 lines form an arrow or trident. I guess I'll call these "Magenta Sunglows" or something, or just great colored APTORs.

Here's a few side shots. I know she looks a little thin in some of these, but she just ate a bunch of medium superworms... no worries with this one.

Thanks everyone. Checked the incubator this morning and found a RAPTOR! That's the fourth one this season if you include the killer snake eye that I haven't posted pics of yet.

Thanks. All those APTOR pictures are of one gecko. I'll take some pics of the other APTORs and RAPTORs, but right now I'm trying to get caught up on all my chores.

The new RAPTOR from this morning would not hold still, but here's a few blurry pics anyway. Looks like another perfect one with a nice carrot tail.

I was just feeding the first two RAPTORs that hatched, and one of them looks like she's shedding. She went for a superworm from atop the styrofoam hide and grabbed the other RAPTOR's front left foot! I yelled "No!" and she let go. There is no damage, but I seperated them. Trouble is I paid for some more herp racks a few months ago, but I haven't received them all yet. The company is having a problem with the spindle breaking on their CNC router. I fed the RAPTORs seperately then put them back together. I'll be sure to seperate them at every feeding until the other baby rack arrives and I can put them in their own tubs. I was going to keep them seperate, but the one I moved seemed restless so I put her back for now.

Doh, you're right. I knew that; I got excited and my fingers typed faster than my brain could think. :main_laugh:

BTW, excellent RAPTOR (notice the singular form of the word. ;) )

Oh, you (Debbie) already saw that other thread. My bad. I've got only 2 eggs left in the incubator right now, and they're both from the APTOR that produces the RAPTORs. Keeping my fingers crossed for two more!
