are leucistic geckos rare?

well i think that there is a lot of mislabeled leopard geckos, I remember seeing a forum talking about how blizzards or patternless aren't luestic and are otherwise mislabeled But I don't know anything about this but anyways, I see them all the time. they are very common

Am not sure what you mean by 'worth it' If you want to breed a leopard gecko that is up to you. and you shouldn't be looking at profit, look at what you think is best for you and not the market. but if your asking if you can make a lot of money off this?...i would say that is not the right question to be asking. and from what i have seen on "rare" No. was at a show this morning had a handful of leucistic for around 20 bucks each for babies.

is leucistic just a different pigment name? such as albino? i'm not asking about their worth or anything, just wondering if people would be interested in something like that...

Leucistic is called a patternless.

PURE Patternless (incorrectly referred to as leucistics) are becoming more difficult to find. If you like them, then they are worth it... whatever 'worth it' means to you.

Agreed. Pure patternless leopard geckos are a hard find, most patternless morphs these days either have tremper or rainwater in their genetics. I don't know why it seems some people don't care for the patternless morphs, they're actually my favorite, they have a clean streamlined look to them that I really like.

agreed, lani, thank you very much for the information. i love the patternless, too. his tail is beautiful! it's pink with specks of a darker pink on it, it's great! he definitely looks very clean all the time, thanks again
