I got some nice groups going, and some eggs cooking now what was your question about them, I"m working with Coleonyx V.V.s, and Coleonyx V.M., They are awsome but very small when hatched and can easily squeeze through a lidless tub in a rack system or even some holes, they are small and fast.

How did you get C.v. variegatus? Are they captive bred?

I've been trying to get my hands on them for a year, but the only ones I can find are C.v.bogerti, the Tuscon banded. I keep calling Sacramento to find out how to get a permit, but no one ever calls back.

It looks like the only way to get them is with a fishing license, or poach them.

In CA, you have to have a special permit to breed them. If you can let me know who's got that permit, I would gladly purchase from them. And who they talked to to get that permit. Because I'd like to get one.

Where were you able to find the C.v.borgerti?
