This little guy was born on June 11, after only 51 days in incubation. It was born from an egg that never looked good, and a full two weeks premature. I didn't expect it to make it, but now, more than three months later, it's doing just fine. It's still a little small, but growing steadily. The one clear difference is its huge eyes. Those big peepers give it an appearance completely different than any of my other levis. Just thought i'd share.

His eyes are still huge, but his body is catching up some. I'll post new photos as soon as I have time to snap them. His big eyes don't seem to cause him too many issues. Of course, an anomolous looking gecko is always cause for concern, but this guy/girl seems normal in every other way. His eyes are sized equally, and he doesn't seem to have sand stick to them any longer now that he's a bit higher off the sand.

Thought I'd post an updated photo of the little guy. He's up to 7 grams now and starting to catch up. A big eater and getting really nice color. Still, has huge eyes compared to others his size.
