buffy has laid her first egg!

good news and bad news, buffy is so fat i could not tell how far along she was so i assumed she had about two weeks. so i was going to get russ to pull the incubator out this weekend and fire it up. well buffy laid her egg today (i mean JUST laid her egg and she has one yet to lay) YAY but i am so not prepared :/
i had to rush to get a deli cup set up and get the egg in there. russ fired up the incubator but it won't be ready for a day or two. so i got the egg sitting on my shelf in my "facility". i hope it will be okay for a day or two til temps stablize.

the season has begun!
