Can Geckos Get Any More Boring?

Sorry, meant to put bored instead of boring (yep, pure accident ). But now that I have your attention...

Well, my gecko was sitting around his hide today. He looked so peaceful. His eyes were closed, legs spread out. Then he let out a big, long yawn. Geckos are adorable! And I know geckos can't get bored, but it looked so funny when he yawned . Too bad I don't have a camera, but he does it every now and then. Has anyone else seen this happen?

wow, i've never seen my gecko yawn but i bet it's real cute I really wish you could get a picture.. and I agree, leopard geckos are adorable

awww yes that is very cute when they do it
but be very careful that its not a sign of a more sinister problem starting such as a blockage in the stomach or throat causing them to gag and even end in them regurgitating food. i have unfortunatly had the pleasure of seeing two of my geckos die from cryptosporidum! . its very very sad and heart breaking.

It's not about ruining the moment. If a gecko is yawning really often, it may be a sign of health problems, such as a respiratory infection.
