HOME OWNERS!!!

the closing is scheduled for thursday. it might be a day or two after because the lady who sold it to us is on her way up to oregon to live with her daughter and son-in-law.
i have a few crap photos of the outside. none of the inside because the lady was a pack rat and there was too much **** to bother with photos LOL
PLUS we will be getting it repainted, new carpet and wood flooring put in.

Congrats! You guys are going to have SO much fun doing improvements. I started ripping up the carpet in our house about 15 minutes after we closed on it, lol. Oh, and if they give you the option to purchase the the home warranty at closing I'd do it. Our heater passed the home inspection with flying colors then wouldn't start as soon as we had our first cold night. We, of course, didn't think we'd need the warranty. I wish you a smooth and swift closing!
