CUT ON LIP

i have been breeding my gecko with my brothers gecko i had to go to a gradutation so i put my geckos together then took them out when i got back and i noticed his upper lip on his right side had a cut i was wondering how i can fix it

Put some neosporin on it and keep an eye on it to make sure it heals up okay. I wouldn't put them back in together for a while it seems some of them are getting a little bit rough.

That might be something to look into. Make sure they are both not male. Post pics of their undersides, and we can sex them for you.

i know for a fact it is a male and female pair because they have allready bred and she laid a infertile egg and i also saw them breed 2 to 3 times so im positive its a male and female

If that is the case, females are usually only unresponsive for 3 main reasons: 1. They're already gravid 2. They're sick (parasites, MBD, mouth rot, hypocalcemia) or 3. Improper husbandry. Rule out these things before going any further.

I wouldn't put neosporin anywhere where my gecko could eat it. My male got a cut on his nose because he just wanted my female so bad and it healed fine on its own. But thats just my opinion with neosporin.

Yeh, I agree. I don't think it's safe to put it where he/she can lick it.
