I have a new gecko. So, here is the story:
I work at a big chain pet store. I came back after a few days break..to discover that one of our adult geckos had broken a leg and was in our recovery room. I took him over to the vet.....his answer was to put him down. Now, not to be rude or question his knowledge..but this tends to be this certain vet's answer to any problem with most of the store's sick animals. Neither myself or my store manager accepted this as the best solution. We had x-rays done. The vet said he would never walk right again and again suggested euthanasia. He also said if we really wanted to we could just tough it out and see what happened. So, we did. 5 weeks later..here he is! He walks normally. You can not even tell which leg was broken.
He's a monster eater and a major cutie!
