Do your leos watch TV ????

I have a female giant that is totally into watching television and I was wondering if others have noticed this with theirs. She is like a little kid...loves commercials (especially the Geico commercials!!!), but her favs are American Idol (I guess the music and flashing lights) and she loves watching basketball for some reason. Her terrarium is right next to a big screen TV and I often find her riveted to it! When I'm holding her in the living room she often times is locked into watching the TV and ignores me.

I just bought the PBS reptile DVD so I'll show her that soon to see how she reacts to it.

No, but when I carry mine, they focus on something behind me, and keep switching their focus, so their heads keep going back and forth.

The humans in our house don't watch tv, so the geckos don't either. Though, maybe the next time we rent a movie, they'd be interested in watching with us.

I think they are attracted to the movement. Tiamat likes to watch videos with me on my laptop. She'll try to climb onto the screen to get a better look.

And I thought I was the only one crazy enough to think they watch tv. I've had both Loki and Leonidas focusing on nothing but the tv. I figure they were just interested because of the movement, flashing screen, and sound (yes, they've even seem to love the geico ones.) Glad to know mine aren't a little "off". They've both sat thru movies with us. Loki especially loves to sit on my husmabds stomach and watch videos on his laptop. To the point of crawling onto the keyboard to get a better look. LOL!

Haha, last night I was telling my friend that my big gecko, Nakomis, was a fan of King of the Hill.

I'm sure it's motion that catches their attention, but yeah I like to think they love to watch TV.

Bubu loves TV! I once kept him in the living room, and he practically sit in the same corner every night watching TV!
