My little Dobby =D. Not sure how old he is. Hes VERY territorial but once hes out of his cage he calms down a lot.
I've tried finding a mate for him but I can't seem to find one..

Anywho, this is Dobby!

I suppose. I keep mine like a leopard gecko. Its kind of hard to find info on them. =/ Hes done perfect fine for the 5 months I've had him. Hes a big eater but says in the back of his cage where its dark.

Hes SUPER cool when he gets mad. His tail sounds like a rattle snake. Its really weird. I"m going to try to catch it on video one of these days.

Very pretty. I thought you aren't suppose to handle them much because their skin can be torn easily?

Heck if I know. I rarely handle mine only because hes so territorial, its hard to get him out. I'm always ultra gentle anyway with them because I HATE the look of geckos who have lost their tails. His skin has never torn in the few times I've taken him out though.

They do have very sensitive skin and the scales can easily tear. We only handle ours when we clean out his tank. I also make sure my nails never touch him.

Lol if you find any let me know!!! I can't find anyone with them :(

What species is mine exactly? If I google teratoscincus and then separate species they all kinda look a bit a like. They mix the pictures together.

Oh he's so cute! We had some of these at the store where I used to work. They seemed pretty easy to take care of and don't seem like they stress as easily as other geckos. At least, in my experience. They're care is very much like a leopard geckos but they LOVE to dig probably more than leos. Of course, this is all from my experience with them. Your guy seems really laid back though. Love that little smile of his. He's got some nice colors on him too! The ones we had were just brown with darker brown spots.
