:main_thumbsdown: i guess that means i shouldnt have pets... cuz i know if all of our pets suddenly had something go ill with em, theres no way a vet visit would be possible... gosh what an awefull person i must be... to have pets, take care of them wonderfully but lack the funds of an emergency... honestly... get a grip! not everyone in the world is full of money and alot of us who have pets and are not full of money still provide our pets with a better home then someone who has tons of funds but lack the caring... to tell someone that they should have there knee caps busted up and then lack attention is just juvinile....


you did the right thing... no one... well least not that i personally know wants to spend money on something ill... it will get the proper care im sure... and when push comes to pull people figure things out....

seems the situation is resolved and this is just gonna turn into a bash fest... lets just move on... then no one gets busted up legs n such... :main_rolleyes:

That was a little too harsh. To get a pet before you have the funds to take care of it may not have been the best decision, but to bash that person for doing it is a little too immature. Especially to say that their legs should be broken to bring it in perspective was way out of line.
Lets stop bashing people and start giving them advice, isn't that the purpose of this forum? To provide information and a place to share experiences.
So lets reconsider how we treat people lest you wish to be treated the same.

not that i know you or anything... but when you were a young kid or teenager did you honestly have 500$ in your pocket to take an animal to a vet? im sure you probably didnt. pet stores for one thing tell you how to "care" for the animal your buying, and make it seem oh so easy and most people who go to pet stores arent nearly as knowledgeable as you might be. he didnt know any better and im sure he just feels like crap now. give him a break.
