More than likely the eyes look like they do now because it is such a "new-born"...and possibly because of the higher incubation temps.....wont be able to tell if it is solid red eyes or not for a little while but I just wanted to share with you guys what the eyes looked like at hatching....and we can all see the changes as they happen together here if interested. The body color and patterns change so much on these guys...it is possible the eyes do the same ...who knows

I belive some people have had geckos gain and lose their RAPTOR eye pigment. Some one can correct me if I'm wrong.

I have had the same happen to a few raptors too Stitch.....that is one reason I wanted to try to get some pics early along so I could see the changes.....and have a record of them to share....again...not that this IS a raptor....in fact...from what I can gather from others it probably is not.
