Feeding bugs from outside

In the summer would it be ok to feed my leo the ocasional moth or cricket that I find outside. I live some what in the country so I get alot of bugs that come up near my house lights in the summer.

I would not feed insects from outside...
Reason one- Insects could have been in an area sprayed with insecticides...

Reason 2- Insects can have a nasty parasite load...

The first reason is enough for me not to chance it...

Ok i wont i just wanted to make sure before i did anything that could have ended up being bad.
