Here are two of my Bell offspring from this season. The sire was Ruben, my fiery Red Stripe het Bell from JMG. The dams were a Tang Bell Albino from Jason Haygood, and a Jungle Mack Snow Bell Albino of my own breeding.

Ruby, oldest daughter of Ruben:

Linette from top; nothing special

Linette has snake eyes (strange, since none of her parents does!)

My Bell group started laying eggs 2-3 months after the Eclipses, Stripes, and Tremper groups, so most of the eggs are still in the incubator. The handful hatchlings I have so far are getting more orange every day, but most of them will still be too small to make it to the Wheaton reptile show where I'm vending on July 10th. Maybe for a fall show...

You got a Radar ;-)

BTW that works good, I think Jeff has Radar genes in many Bell Projects. I´ve bought a nice Tangerine het Bell last show and breed her to my Radar male. First baby was a Radar and second was an Eclipse het Bell^^

Once in awhile, those unknown hets are a good thing. Congrats on getting a radar!

Hey Toby!!! You're the first to know when I hatch a Mack Snow Bell :D So far just Jungles and Tang Bells. But more are expected in the first two weeks of July! Marzie will most likely get a little sis, because I'm just breeding for females, and when I hatch a boy, it's an "accident" :p

The gecko doesn't show any other signs of being eclipse so more then likely it isn't. Not much of a white nose at all and no pattern indicative of being eclipse. Both breeders from this pairing would have to be het eclipse and not being sold as such. I could be wrong tho. Either way they are some nice looking hatchlings, especially the first one. You'd figure with a breeder such as JMG that they would know what the genetics of their hatchlings are. I guess you could get confused with as many as they hatch

Maybe the eyes will change and turn normal when the geckos grow? Whether Radar or not, I sure like their looks :main_yes:

Boy I very well could of been wrong about the first one! It doesn't seem very likely that a this would happen twice in a row and not be the influence of the eclipse genetics. This last one sure looks more like a RADAR to me. Maybe you did get lucky and get both dame and sire to be het eclipse. Sure makes you wonder if there's more geckos out there with hidden genetics then we think.
