...Thanks for Billboard G.F.
Finally, finally, finally,
a baby SS for 2010 efforts.
Many disappointing bad eggs so far
but at least this first hatch clears a
bit of the dark side of my brain for awhile.
And you guys and the forum are so nice to
make it even better with the nice Billboard
put up in Indianapolis. Thanks a bunch. HJ

Hey G. Guy....
copy and paste additional persons.
Put between begin and end quote controls as next line shows
replacingsymbol
( with [
andsymbol
) with ]
I can't use correct ones or it will quote and blank them out.
(QUOTE) (wording here) (/QUOTE)
If you scroll all the way through the end of
your thread you will come to all posts to your thread.
They will be listed in latest post sequence.
Can copy and paste from this area....it's easier.

Using the HJ/SR-77 model shower incubator.
So far all egg adds are looking good.
This egg hatch started in the Little Giant Bird Box,
along with clutch mate egg that went bad.
Moved all out of little giant at that time.
Still no proof of the problem......But:
If I use the little giant again I will put a 4"
extension to the height of the heat element.
(Suggested by Thad of Ohio Gecko)

by Thad: I used the little giant and had to make a 4" spacer to lift heating element away from the eggs. I had very poor results until the spacer was added.

Also my gecko buddy Chris quit using his
little giant and now has his eggs in a small
fridge bator he built. No bad eggs since.
Plus 5 hatches since switching.
He had 8 bad eggs before switching.
My only temp. problem was a spike to 90
degrees when I forgot to open the door
to the shower room. Only lasted about
three hours before I caught it.
Staying steady now 80 to 84 with door open,
ceiling fan on and air cond. on during the day.
A miniature version will be out on June 32nd,
but won't have the shower capabilities.:main_laugh::main_laugh::main_laugh:
