I'd say male on both. I sort of see the dark pores in the first pictures you initially posted, but not on the second, but I can't really figure out the second set of pictures for the first gecko. But I definitely see the pores for hte raptor.

I can see the pores in those later pics, I would say male as well. The very first pic of the side shot of the body, looks like a bulge is there too. I know you wanted female.. Don't feel bad though, I just double-checked all of our babies earlier today and EVERY single one of them is male! Even our two hopeful females.. so you're not alone! Haven't checked the SS yet though.

At 37g those are dimples, not pores! I would say almost certainly a female--how warm was she incubated? warm temp incubated females can develop slight secondary male characteristics from the extra male hormones...

I would agree with Brian. First pic looks female. The Raptor is hard to tell right now.

It's not nice to take images of a female in that position and post them:main_laugh:

All I see is females.

I have a ss. at 10 grams that is female with what looks to be pores but no buldges. And they aren't even dark you can just tell they are there!

I guess I am incorrectly sexing my geckos then :p I get really confused sometimes, because I see bulges on our geckos and assume they are male, but I guess that may not be so? I even see what looks like bulges on some of our females, and they weren't even incubated at high temps.. now I am super confused about sexing :(

So is it all just based on what the pores look like then? Which can't really be distinguishable until the gecko is big? For example, I have several geckos that look like they have big pores now, but they are still 15-25 grams. So they could get bigger and maybe the pores will start to look smaller once they are bigger? :huh2:

Damn *G* so most of you think female but some think male.
Yeah Ann the second is 2 month old. a friend told me take the gecko on the back bend the tail a bit and you should see the bulges. He said he can see that on1 month old. He also said both females *G*

Well I will see how they will change. I will take new pics on the Raptor(second one) around the end of the month(if she is a he she or he will go to a good new home at the Hamm Show. If not I would realy liek to hold HER :)

THX everyone
