This back and forth has become quite entertaining and prevalent on this forum lately. I am not sure if it is good entertainment or not but it is entertainment. I find it such a horrible way of expressing ones opinions if it's not done in a constructive and educated manner.

Okay, everybody go to time out and come back when you're calm.:stop:
I'll go, too.

Agreed time out folks! Trust me arguing with Semus will get you now where, sometimes the best thing to do with someone who can't control there actions is to not fuel the fire.

I thought it was entertaining till we were talking about spitting body fluids at someone and calling people abrasive names. especially a individual who is obviously young and may not express what they mean in the best way.

I also would like to know where the mod's are...this thread has kinda made me sad that someone comes on here as a new memeber and has gotten attacked like this! :main_no: I mean come on...even though her post was worded kinda odd...I got what she was talking about...hey when my current fish and crayfish kick the bucket Im thinking about getting a gecko!

I don't know why I feel so strongly about this but Im very sorry you came here to learn and have gotten bashed so badly!

Not all of us are abrasive, and if need be you may PM me questions, if you are too nervous to post them on the board for a while!

Im just

It is true that you get what you pay for (like my fish problem... Most the fish I buy cost less than $3.) I have been trying to find an averagely priced leo from an online breeder. I don't want to buy the leos that cost $300, because I won't breed him/her. I want one for a pet (but for me, pets are more of a family member.) I could also possibly find a breeder in my area (Northern Michigan). Anyone know of a breeder from Northern Michigan?

Erin there are many breeders including myself that sell Leo's for around $60-90 shipping should run around $45-50. If your looking for something like Grade A Electric Red Stripe Bell then I'd say your not gonna find it...but a nice red strip or Tang can be found on many of the breeders above's website. LizardGirl and Geckoboa for sure have Leo's on the lower end of the cost spectrum.

Few things about the fish. I went to many places trying to find out what was wrong. Nothing was wrong. The levels were right, water clean. I get fish from PetSmart, and the PetSmart nearest me is not a very good one. Now that's all I have to say about the fish.

About the leopard gecko. Would you travel 4 hours to a reptile show? I would, but I'm afraid that I would travel that long drive and then having it end up being a terrible place...

oh my gosh, i think it's that time of the season.
Every month or two we get a 5,6,7 pager regarding people throwing their opinions back and forth. I've said this in the last two 6pagers. This younger woman is trying to learn. now weather we're going to bash or give advice, SHE'S STILL GOING TO GO OUT AND PURCHASE A LEOPPARD! So with that said, how is going over and over again about her past going to influence her future purchase? NEGATIVLY. The only thing you can do is push on, move forward.

This site is a "Family"??

Negative feedback should just be held in, talk to your friends or your spouce about this "RIdiculous story I heard on the GF today" Dont degrade this adolescent. Any person can tell she's young, this is a learning experience, This is life. Provide her with the experience we are all on here intending.

Look into a ball python or similar. You only feed once a week. If you want an easy to care for pet, a snake is your best bet.

Hahaha! I'd get a snake if I could, but I'm extremely afraid of snakes... I think they are wonderful beautiful creatures, but I am too terrified... I like all other reptiles though... Weird, huh?
