See if you can gently wipe the blood away with a wet paper towel. Then see if there's more blood, nothing or a body part.

More blood: keep him quiet and moist and call the vet as soon as you can

nothing: maybe everything's OK. Keep an eye on him and see how he does

body part: follow my instructions above

I don't think there's anything more you can do besides this (if there is, someone on here is sure to suggest it). I know it's upsetting and it's hard to wait and see what happens, but this is about all you can do right now.

well then you're not doing him any good... why haven't you taken him? it could be something serious, but you're really not doing anything about it... take him asap, you wouldn't want him to die =(

and also have you wiped it to see if it's blood or his penes, could also be a prolapse, depending on the issues you wanna get it taken care of, could be nothing but could be major that's why youneed to wipe it to see if it's blood or something sticking out, if it's something sticking out with the last few days and it's still there then you wanna take them in could be prolapse or another serious problem.
