Welcome to the real world of breeding. Nothing really goes as expected. Some males are less aggressive than others and/or may be more cautious especially if they have been rejected by the certain female. Just keep introducing him to her or keep him with her for several days to the entire season. Most of my breeding pairs fornicate without me actually visually seeing it. This means that they may of but you didn't seen them. Just watch her and she more than likely will produce eggs for you. There are occasions where a male just won't get the job done and another male is needed.
I had one leopard gecko that I never saw breed with the female, but I got lots of babies. I also had a male garg in with my female for a month and never saw them near each other. I just got my first 2 fertile eggs.
And thats good to hear. I just got home from my boyfriends place this morning and theyre inside the cave. Stubbins (male) was sleeping with his head resting on her fat lil tail like a pillow. haha
