Hi there!

I got my leopard gecko about 5 months ago now. She was about a year old when I got her. Her name is Fifteen. She is my first lizard. Otherwise, I have 2 dogs and 2 cats.

When I got Fifteen her eyes were pitch black, the previous owners think her eyes may have apostrophized and she became blind. For a while, when I got her should walk into things, walk very slowly until she hit something and then change her path.

Recently, her eyes have been clearing up. She has beautiful brown/hazel eyes. Her pupils are reacting to light now. She walks fast and she knows exactly where she's going. Vet confirmed that there's an extremely good chance that she can now see.

Well, when I adopted her she was named May. And I didn't like that. I called my dad to let my him know I adopted a Gecko. He asked what her name was and I told him "May, but I don't like it."

My dad thinking of Geico goes and always having to have a nickname for everything goes, "what does the little Fifteen look like?" And that became her name.
