I think I would poop my pants if I saw that many babies at once (and not in the funny way). How can someone keep track of all those genetics? It honestly makes me wonder..........seriously.

I have to keep the same morphs in one cup at minimum (like all bell x enigma), and mostly it's just two eggs per cup!! Christ on a harley!! :shocked:

We keep each female's eggs in their own container. It would be really easy to lose track of things hatching 30 from one container from all different projects...sheesh.

He states he has a "system"........I'm sure he thinks he does. He may, but if he's producing that many geckos at once (and he's fairly new too) and working with a lot of new morphs (like enigmas) where you don't necessarily know WTF you've produced until later............I'll bet one or two gets mixed up. I'm sure he wrote a lot of that (his big second post) because he realized that it now looks like he might get some mixed up :shocked:........and for good reason people could be concerned. If I paid a buttload for something specific and got something else...........aye caramba. :main_angry:

And I agree, Kelli - if he doesn't burn out in a few years (or sooner) I'll be completely shocked. And I have around 200 ish geckos right now, including this year's babies and breeders, and I easily spend 30 hours each week in the gecko room. There's no way he could clean that many geckos, feed them, check for eggs, put eggs in the incubator, check the incubators, put a zillion babies away (that he has a system for and knows EXACTLY what each one is), ship geckos, etc. in 30 hours a week. Oh, and go to shows. I call bullshit. :main_thumbsdown:
