How can i make my Leo's grow?

The later part of your question is right on, they like ourselves grow to what ever.

To have a leopard gecko grow to anywhere near 12 inches, it would have to have the giant gene in its genetic make up...

You cannot really force a gecko to be big, they are what they are, just feed them (but not to much)…

Its all in their diet. If you do not gutload the feeders correctly you will have slow growing geckos. If your geckos have a high quality diet they will grow to their potential. My geckos usually hit 70 to 80 grams in their first 1st year.
